About

Evelyn Ndifang’s life story is defined by movement, growth, and self-discipline. Born in Cameroon, she moved to Berlin in 1990, learning to navigate new cultures and environments from a young age. By the time she reached adulthood, Evelyn spoke five languages—English, German, French, Pidgin English, and Bameta—an ability that reflects her adaptability and deep respect for connection across cultures. Before entering nursing in the United States, Evelyn studied Nursing and German at the University of Potsdam. After immigrating to the U.S., she completed her nursing education at the Standard College of Nursing, continuing a path built on persistence and purpose. Evelyn defines success as choosing discomfort in pursuit of growth—setting timed goals, reviewing progress regularly, and staying focused even when the work is hard. Resilience has been central to her journey, both professionally and personally. She draws inspiration from her faith, her children, and her deep respect for service, including the U.S. military. She is especially proud to support her daughters, one serving in the United States Navy and another in the United States Air Force. Outside of work, Evelyn enjoys cooking, traveling, volunteering at soup kitchens, and encouraging those around her to strive for their best selves. She is a lifelong learner, regularly reading healthcare literature and staying current with nursing best practices. At her core, Evelyn is motivated by service—to her patients, her community, and her family.
